Design a new employee communication intranet site that focuses on the employees first & the core–business second.
We wanted to give the employee's the ablity to choose what they saw while on the HUB. We also had to figure out to allow global & department alerts

Concept

YJMMD was created so employees could recognize & thank follow colleagues for going above & beyond thier normal routine. The idea was simpe: 1. create a site that lets employees send a personalized Thank You Card wrapped around eBay's core values. 2. Make it simple, minimizing the steps needed to complete the task while giving the users flexibility. 3. Pick a card, write a personalized thank you, select the recipient & hit send.
